This home has provided us with many beautiful memories. We brought both of our children into this home and they have wonderful memories growing up on Tioga Terrace. Our home has modern amenities such as spacious walk in closets, central air, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. We have spent a lot of time and energy renovating this home including: stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile shower, bamboo floors, and new carpeting.

The location is amazing; it is very close to SUNY, Albany Medical Center and St Peter’s hospital. Our younger child goes to New Scotland Elementary which is a wonderful school with a caring and supportive faculty. The house is near popular bars and restaurants and a short drive from the mall and other attractions. One of the things that is unique about this home is the backyard and the view from our extended deck and patio. It’s beautiful, especially in the fall when the air is crisp and lightly foggy, the trees glimmer of red and yellow. The backyard is a very serene place to entertain and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Spring and summer also are very enjoyable with finches, humming birds, and cardinals.

Another thing we have to emphasize is the strong sense of community we received from this neighborhood. We were welcomed from day one and have amazing neighbors. Our children are close friends and we still come to Tioga Terrace to celebrate Halloween and join in the frequent block parties!

We have made lifelong friends at 6 Tioga Terrace! We fell in love with this home almost 13 years ago and are sad to pass it on. But we hope you make beautiful memories here just like we have.
